About the role
OVERVIEW
As the Founding Head of Growth, you will own customer acquisition end-to-end for an AI-native fintech reimagining rental operations. Reporting to the CEO, you'll crack distribution to landlords currently using high-street agents. You will design rigorous experiments, build geographic density across London, and engineer compounding referral loops to scale a £108bn market opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and execute structured experiments across offline and hybrid channels like mail drops, referral networks, and partner outreach.
- Build geographic density in specific London boroughs to trigger local reputation effects and faster re-letting cycles.
- Develop and measure compounding growth loops by incentivizing referrals from accountants, mortgage brokers, and existing landlord customers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Who this is a fit for
- 5–8+ years of growth experience, ideally scaling a high-caliber consumer marketplace or fintech like Revolut.
- Proven track record of running structured experiments with written hypotheses, documented results, and disciplined resource allocation.
