The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google.
As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our innovative technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function with Google, utilizing various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the best talent in the space, to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships, and to ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned. In this role, you will be a detail-oriented problem solver, and a strong resourceful manager of projects and processes who delivers impactful outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various technical functions (e.g., engineering, product management, etc.).
- Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
- Partner with leadership recruiters and closely collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise executives on talent for their business needs.
- Build relationships for the future with passive applicants and talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems, services, and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish to engage with clients in the region.
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
- 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation).
- Experience delivering executive services, especially board placement.
- Experience maximizing teams as well as individual performance while being a collaborative team player.
- Ability to be accountable, have integrity and authenticity.
- Ability to quickly grasp new complex subject matter and understand new markets, areas, roles, business initiatives.
- Excellent consultative skills to influence executive colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
