Growth Manager, Paid Social

Bowery Boost is a women-founded, NYC-based digital growth and creative agency helping women-founded and mission-driven e-commerce brands scale profitably. We specialize in paid media, performance creative, and analytics for brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, and CPG.

We combine creative storytelling with data-driven strategy, using our in-house analytics platform Boostify and creative performance tools like Motionapp to help brands grow sustainably and intelligently.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Manager, Paid Social to own strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts while delivering strong performance, thoughtful insights, and best-in-class client partnership.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident running accounts end-to-end, excited about creative testing and performance storytelling, and ready to grow into deeper leadership over time. You’ll work closely with Account Leads, Creative, and Data partners to connect performance, creative, and business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in our downtown NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Strategy Leadership

• Own day-to-day strategy and performance for a portfolio of e-commerce clients across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Develop media strategies aligned with client business goals, creative direction, and budget realities.
• Act as the primary client point of contact for your accounts — leading weekly calls, sharing insights, and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
• Build persona testing structures, creative briefs, and creative performance reports using Motionapp and our in-house platform Boostify.
• Monitor and optimize toward key metrics including MER, CAC, CPA, and YoY growth.

Performance & Execution

• Manage campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across paid social platforms.
• Analyze performance, attribution data, and e-commerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear testing plans, audience strategies, and creative recommendations.
• Partner with Creative to brief, review, and iterate on ad concepts and assets.
• Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on paid media experience (Meta required, TikTok, Pinterest preferred)
• Proven success managing multi-channel budgets ($30K–$250K+/month).
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and creative testing.
• Comfortable running and leading client calls and managing day-to-day communication.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
