We are hiring a Director of Growth to lead growth for the LXR Suite of AI-powered marketing solutions, including LXRInsights and related experimentation and analytics capabilities, focused on upper mid-market ecommerce brands ($50MM to $500MM in annual revenue). About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation specialist who understands that marketing’s ultimate job is to fuel Sales. You’ll own the execution across paid channels, continuously optimizing for one thing: qualified lead volume.
What You’ll Own
- Creative Strategy & Testing: Assist with designing and iterating on high-converting ad creative. You understand the "hook, story, and offer" needed to drive action.
- Full-Funnel Execution: Daily management and scaling of LinkedIn, Meta, and Mailchimp campaigns.
- Programmatic & Retargeting: Own audience segmentation and retargeting logic across platforms like The Trade Desk and AdCellerant.
- Performance Evaluation: Use GA4 and AI tools to scrutinize campaign health, ensuring we pivot resources toward the highest-outcome strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Creative Intuition: You have a "creative eye" for what works. You can analyze creative performance data and are able to pivot to improve CTR and CVR.
- Lead Gen Expertise: You understand the mechanics of moving a prospect from "click" to "sales-ready lead."
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.
- Analytical Rigor: You don’t just report data, you evaluate it to guarantee the best possible outcome for the business.
