About the role

As a (B2B) Growth Marketer, you'll help us grow our supply side: the amazing moving companies that power our platform. You'll take the lead on acquiring, onboarding, and engaging moving companies across Europe and beyond. This means building smart, scalable campaigns and partnerships to attract movers to the platform and retain them there. You'll work at the intersection of running acquisition campaigns, CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation and data-driven growth. We ask you to

Grow Active Companies:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire and retain moving companies.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the entire B2B funnel for moving companies, from initial awareness and acquisition to activation, ongoing engagement, and expansion.
  • Build localised playbooks for acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Product, BI, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and influence product enhancements.
  • Act as a key liaison, bridging business needs with technical implementation requirements for all marketing and growth initiatives.

This is you

  • Extensive track record in growth marketing or a highly analytical role within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation strategy, implementation, and optimization across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Hands-on proficiency with leading CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate-level experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot CRM reporting)
  • A strategic marketing mind with a deep understanding of B2B acquisition and retention dynamics within a two-sided marketplace model.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a relentless focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex insights into compelling narratives and effectively influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A strong growth mindset, resilient, resourceful, and eager to learn and adapt to evolving market demands and technological advancements.
  • Salary expectations: 64.800eu-77.800eu annually.
