Responsibilities
- Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments across acquisition and conversion funnel.
- Create and ship campaigns for a technical, rational audience including lead magnets, landing pages, email/WhatsApp sequences, paid campaigns, webinars, outbound experiments, referral campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Own and improve growth stack including CRM, marketing automation, attribution, analytics dashboards, campaign tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Work directly with data: query databases, build dashboards, analyze funnels, cohorts, attribution, CAC/LTV, and conversion performance.
- Identify where prospects get stuck and improve campaigns, messaging, segmentation, and sales handoffs.
- Write clear, precise marketing copy for skeptical, analytical audience.
- Collaborate closely with founder, sales, medical/scientific team, and engineering to turn insights into fast execution.
Requirements
- Strong data and analytical skills with ability to query data independently.
- Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution, CAC/LTV, conversion modeling, and dashboard building.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests or structured growth experiments.
- Comfortable using BI or analytics tools such as DataStudio, Metabase, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong spreadsheet modeling skills for budgets, forecasts, channel performance, and growth projections.
- Ability to ship campaigns independently.
- Clear written English suitable for smart, rational audiences.
- Strong understanding of technical, rational, high-agency audiences or close mindset/interests.
- Personal interest in longevity, biohacking, health-tech, biotech, AI, rationalism, or frontier technology.
- Comfortable using AI tools for analysis, writing, automation, and execution.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Based in Berlin; remote is not possible.
Nice to Have
- Experience in DTC, health-tech, longevity, biohacking, premium subscriptions, biotech, or high-innovation startups.
- German, French, or Italian language skills.
- Python or R for analysis.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, or similar.
- Personal project, newsletter, podcast, community, or audience in longevity, rationalism, quantified self, startups, investing, or frontier technology.

This role requires analytical rigor, technical comfort, strong audience intuition, and hands-on execution.
