About the role
About the role
You'll drive acquisition campaigns across SEA, Social Ads, and SEO to generate leads and optimize conversion funnels. You'll also leverage marketing automation, CRM tools, and AI to improve lead qualification and overall campaign performance. This role reports to the marketing director and is based in Nantes with 2 days of remote work per week.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition & performance: Pilot campaigns, define SEO strategies, optimize audiences, and arbitrate budgets based on performance and ROI.
- Optimization of conversion funnel (CRO): Design and improve landing pages, deploy A/B tests, and optimize each stage of the funnel.
- Automation & CRM: Deploy email nurturing scenarios, structure lead scoring, and build dashboards for tracking performance metrics.
- AI Marketing: Exploit AI tools to generate, test, and optimize campaigns, and improve lead qualification.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve marketing performance and bring a results-oriented vision to digital actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, and CRO.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, ideally in a B2B or export context.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with AI and its application in marketing.
- Ability to work autonomously and test quickly to generate results.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of the photovoltaic industry.
Compensation & benefits
Salary: 40,000 per year
