Growth Marketing Lead

About the Role

XMONDO Hair is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Growth Marketing Lead to help scale the brand across TikTok, Meta, influencer marketing, partnerships, and digital growth initiatives.

This role is focused on reporting, project management, partnerships, influencer marketing, and growth strategy. We are looking for someone who can act as the CEO’s eyes and ears across marketing while helping improve organization, accountability, and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing strategy across TikTok, Meta, influencer campaigns, and partnerships
• Manage and oversee a growing marketing team of 3–5 people
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Build reporting systems and track KPIs across marketing initiatives
• Improve project management, timelines, and team accountability
• Coordinate launches and ensure campaigns stay on schedule
• Oversee influencer and creator initiatives alongside the influencer marketing team
• Identify partnership and growth opportunities for the brand
• Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and external partners
• Help identify hiring needs and assist in growing the marketing department
• Work closely with leadership to improve overall marketing performance and strategy

Skills / Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, influencer marketing, and consumer brand growth
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to turn performance data into clear strategic direction
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a plus
