Having achieved profitability last year, the next development phase for beUnity is now beginning. Our GTM team is growing – and we are looking for a creative, data-driven marketing personality to actively write our growth story in the DACH region together with us. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities and what you can experience with us
- You are responsible for generating qualified leads – both through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound measures that directly address our target groups.
- You work closely with our CRM (HubSpot) and use AI-powered tools and automations to enrich leads and make campaigns more effective.
- You develop and optimize our marketing materials as well as our website. This includes website architecture, landing pages, handouts, one-pagers, and presentations. You ensure that beUnity appears visually compelling and consistent.
- You will expand our content landscape to position beUnity as a thought leader in community management and member communication.
- You analyze campaign performance, test new approaches, and continuously optimize. Always with the goal of supporting the sales team with a qualified pipeline.
- You will be part of an agile, powerful GTM team (3 people) in a startup culture with short decision-making paths, little bureaucracy, and a lot of creative freedom.
How Success Looks in Your Role
- Continuous building of a qualified lead pipeline.
- Measurable increase in inbound and outbound performance (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).
- Professional and consistent marketing materials that facilitate the entire marketing and sales process.
- Independent use and further development of our GTM systems through marketing automation, AI integrations, scoring models, and more.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- You are studying and want to gain real practical experience in B2B marketing and the SaaS industry alongside your studies.
- Ideally, you already have experience in B2B marketing (in a SaaS or startup environment) and can show that you have generated leads and implemented campaigns independently.
- You have a good feel for design and visual communication: You can design a landing page, create a handout, and know what a compelling customer journey looks like. You don't have to be a designer, but you should have an eye for it.
- AI tools and marketing automation are not buzzwords for you, but tools that you actively use or want to use and can integrate into a functioning system.
- Excellent communication skills in German (native language) – both written and spoken. Very good English skills for internal communication and future projects are desirable.
- You work in a structured and self-responsible manner, think data-driven, and at the same time have the creative courage to try new approaches.
