Responsibilities

  • High-Level Campaign Management: Independently manage a significant monthly ad spend budget – with agency support. You decide where we invest to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Google Ads & Vehicle Ads: Be the mastermind behind our search and display campaigns. Specifically with Google Vehicle Ads, ensure our vehicle inventory is displayed automatically and precisely.
  • Social Lead Gen: Scale our campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. You know exactly which channel works for leasing offers, service appointments, or B2B fleet customers.
  • Recruiting Funnel Building: A click is not a lead. Build interactive qualification journeys with Typeform to pre-filter potential applicants.
  • Local Dominance: Maintain our Google Business Profiles and other company profiles to be number 1 in local search at our locations.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Keep an overview of CPL, conversion rates, and attribution models, and optimize daily based on hard data – and build and expand performance reports.

Requirements

  • Experience: You are an experienced Growth Marketer with proven success in managing high budgets (5- to 6-figure sums do not intimidate you, but motivate you).
  • Tech Stack: You are extremely proficient in Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics / Google Looker Studio.
  • Work Style: You prefer to work independently, structured, and operationally ("Hands-on").
