About the role
🚀 Role Summary
- Own and drive end-to-end business performance for a flagship Online PGP (Business Program), including revenue, enrollments, CAC, ARPU, and overall P&L.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Content, Design, Social, Research, Events, and Sales teams to optimize the entire conversion funnel.
- Plan, launch, scale, and deliver revenue outcomes across cohorts, with a high-ownership, execution-first approach.

📈 Primary Responsibilities
Business Ownership & Planning
- Own end-to-end program performance, including revenue, enrollments, CAC, ARPU, and overall P&L.

- Present plans to leadership and translate them into actionable execution roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Drive alignment across Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Content, Design, Social, Research, Events, and Sales teams.
- Plan and execute demand generation initiatives such as webinars, masterclasses, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Ensure consistent visibility and demand generation across both paid and organic channels.
Funnel Ownership & Optimization
- Track and optimize performance across the entire funnel from lead generation to final conversion.
