Jint is looking for its Growth & Demand Generation Manager.
Your role: build and optimize the machine that generates a qualified pipeline for our sales team. Not just leads, but real demand from the right accounts.
You work hand in hand with Marketing and the Sales team. You are the link between brand visibility and concrete opportunities in the CRM.
Pipeline & Lead Generation
- Define and drive the inbound lead generation strategy
- Implement multi-channel conversion-oriented campaigns (SEA, SEO, emailing, webinars..)
Nurturing & Marketing Automation
- Design email sequences that guide prospects to the final purchase decision
- Segment audiences and personalize journeys based on profile and maturity
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows (scoring, nurturing, Sales alerts)
Content Management
- Drive the B2B content strategy to capture a qualified audience in the research phase
- Produce and coordinate high-value content: guides, webinars, case studies…
