About this role As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital execution team, driving the performance and optimisation of our growth channels. You will focus on scaling customer acquisition and enhancing in-app engagement through data-driven experiments and AI-driven segmentation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with local and global teams to translate strategy into actionable campaigns. Your mission is to move fast, test briefly, and roll out successes that simplify the customer journey and deliver targeted value to our users in the Netherlands.

These are some of the key components to the position: • Execute day-to-day performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels to drive new customer acquisition and app installs.

• Implement end-to-end In-App marketing promotions, focusing on seamless execution and conversion optimisation.

• Run a rigorous "test-and-learn" agenda, identifying high-potential growth experiments and scaling successful results.

• Apply customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised messaging that resonates with different user cohorts.

• Support CRM and loyalty initiatives to boost customer retention and long-term engagement.

• Monitor in-app engagement metrics to identify friction points and provide actionable insights to product and tech partners.

• Utilise measurement and attribution tools to track campaign performance and ensure high ROI on marketing spend.

• Collaborate with growth analytics to produce clear, data-driven reports that inform weekly trading decisions.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Brand teams to ensure all digital activities are aligned with the local market strategy.

• Actively share learnings with peer marketing teams across the region to help raise the bar for our collective growth playbooks.

What will you bring to the team? • Digital Marketing: Proven experience and direct exposure to managing campaigns on platforms like Google, META, TikTok is a must. • Strategic thinking: Support the annual growth marketing plans and lead projects and initiatives that boost new customers, active customer base and increase orders. • Data-Driven & Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven, customer-centric approach, to monitor performance and deliver marketing business update reports. • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Build good relationships and produce top-class collaboration with both internal departments (e.g., retention, Sales, performance marketing) and external parties (agencies, partners), acting as a contact point and keeping all stakeholders updated on relevant plans. • Team player: A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach with a genuine curiosity for the latest innovations in digital and AI-first marketing. And a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong presentation and communication skills (English)
