We are seeking a talented Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media–Team Lead) to join our fast‑paced team. In this role, you will act as a "Player/Coach" by managing a team of Paid Growth Marketing Managers while also executing hands‑on campaign work across digital channels. You will develop compelling marketing strategies, drive client campaign performance, and stay on the cutting edge of digital innovation in an environment that values creative, strategic thinking.

- Compensation: $65,000‑$100,000 base pay plus bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Function Management: Manage and lead a small team of paid media experts – coaching, training, and developing your team while providing strategic insights on emerging trends and industry developments.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), manage budgets, monitor performance daily, and adjust campaigns in real time.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals, conduct competitive research and market analysis, recommend platform mix and budget distribution, and create detailed media plans with projected KPIs and timelines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.), create regular performance reports, use analytics tools like Google Analytics, and identify data‑driven optimization opportunities.
- Client Communication: Present campaign results and recommendations to clients, collaborate with account managers on strategy, explain technical concepts in accessible terms, and manage client expectations regarding performance and budget.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals, provide performance‑based feedback, and execute A/B testing on different ad variations.
- Technical Skills: Manage audience targeting and segmentation, stay current with platform updates and industry trends, and understand bidding strategies and campaign structures.
Required Qualifications
- Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), Paid Search (Google Ads and Bing Ads), and CRO; and a minimum of 1+ years in people management.
- Hands‑on experience in managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization to achieve CPA, ROAS, and other growth objectives.
- Proven track record leading A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and user acquisition funnels.
- Experience managing significant ad spend (at least 7 figures, ranging from $1 million to $10 million or more) with efficiency.
- Expertise in integrating paid, owned, and earned media strategies within social and search campaigns.
- Highly analytical with a strong focus on achieving client KPIs and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about performance marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate as a team player.
