Growth Marketing Operator — Wellness Brands (Remote)

About the role
We are building premium wellness brands at the intersection of science, identity, and aesthetics. The company is called Lonvia.
We're early, but not starting from zero. One of our product lines is already showing real traction across paid, email, and creative. We are now looking for someone to turn that signal into a repeatable growth engine.
This is not a "marketing manager" role.
We are looking for someone who likes to build, execute, test, and own outcomes. If you need structure and sign-off before you move — this isn't for you.
What you'll be responsible for
Day-to-day marketing execution across multiple brand lines. Speed, consistency, and iteration matter more than perfection here.
Email (Klaviyo)
- Build and send campaigns — 3 to 4 per week
- Improve flows — welcome, post-lead, conversion
- Test angles, hooks, and messaging constantly
- Plan and execute the content calendar — 5 to 7 posts per week
- Coordinate creatives via Canva or external
- Manage comments and DMs — community is part of the job
Meta Ads
- Set up and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Test creatives, audiences, and angles continuously
- Monitor CPL and ROAS daily — flag and act on performance shifts fast
- Work alongside existing paid media structure to scale what's working
Influencer pipeline
- Identify and reach out to creators daily
- Manage conversations and negotiate collaborations
- Turn outreach into consistent monthly partnerships
Execution velocity
- Ship fast, test constantly, double down on what works
- Bring ideas — but I value action over discussion every time
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing execution — not just strategy
- Background in wellness, beauty, or premium consumer brands
- Strong copywriting in English — this is non-negotiable
- Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Canva, Later or similar
- Used to working without detailed instructions
Most importantly — you move fast, you don't wait to be told what to do, and you care about output, not activity. You've probably worked in a startup or small team before. That experience shows.
What this role is not
Not corporate. Not slow. Not heavily structured. Not for people who need constant direction.
