Role Overview

BraceLab is seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to support and execute key marketing initiatives across email marketing, SEO, content development, and social media.

Approximately 65–70% of this role will focus on email marketing, SEO strategy and execution, blog/content development, analytics, and broader organic growth initiatives, while the remaining portion will support social media execution, creative content production, affiliate/influencer coordination, and broader marketing support initiatives.

This role is responsible for translating high-level marketing strategy into structured, actionable plans and executing them with precision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who combines strong analytical thinking with high-quality execution and can effectively manage multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced environment.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with the Head of Marketing with significant ownership and visibility. Over time, this role has the potential to expand into broader ownership of performance marketing, including paid media management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Translate marketing strategy into quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans across email, SEO, content, and social media
  • Build structured campaign calendars and channel plans for review and approval
  • Define clear measurement plans, KPIs, and performance goals for campaigns and initiatives
  • Identify timelines, dependencies, and required assets proactively
  • Adjust execution based on performance data and audience insights

2. Email Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Own the full email marketing program across B2B and B2C audiences, including:
    • Campaign planning, calendar management, and execution
    • Audience segmentation and targeting
    • Copywriting and messaging
    • Build, QA, and deployment
    • Optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.)
    • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies; document learnings and apply insights
    • Create or coordinate email creative assets (images, banners, GIFs)
    • Monitor and report on email performance with actionable recommendations
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve revenue, engagement, and retention

3. SEO Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Partner with current SEO resources to build foundational knowledge and transition toward internal ownership
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized SEO roadmap, including keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Optimize website content (product, category, and editorial pages) for organic growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement technical and on-page SEO improvements (metadata, internal linking, structure)
  • Define ongoing SEO processes, KPIs, and reporting cadence
  • Provide regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations

4. Content Development (Primary Focus)

  • Plan and develop blog and content initiatives aligned with SEO strategy and audience needs
  • Write or coordinate high-quality, search-driven content
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and audience intent
  • Collaborate on content needs across email and broader campaigns

5. Social Media Execution (Secondary Focus)

  • Execute social media content across platforms, including:
    • Scheduling and publishing posts
    • Writing captions aligned with brand voice
    • Managing comments and community engagement
    • Oversee social content calendars in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
    • Translate content direction and campaign ideas into platform-specific posts
    • Monitor social trends and platform behaviors to inform content execution

6. Content Creation & Creative Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Create and/or coordinate supporting high-quality content, including:
    • Graphics (static posts, carousels, infographics, blog content, etc.)
    • Short-form video content
    • Basic motion or visual assets as needed
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, tone, and visual identity
    • Continuously improve creative output based on feedback and performance
    • Help organize and maintain content assets and libraries

7. Affiliate & Influencer Coordination (Secondary Focus)

  • Support the management of affiliate and influencer relationships
  • Assist with outreach, communication, and coordination of partnerships
  • Track performance, deliverables, timelines, and campaign execution
  • Help maintain organization of partner lists, agreements, and ongoing collaborations

8. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly reporting across owned channels with:
    • Accurate metrics
    • Clear interpretation of performance
    • Actionable recommendations
  • Develop a strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and performance benchmarks
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across channels
  • Clearly articulate what is working, what is not, and why

9. Audience Understanding & Brand Alignment

  • Develop a deep understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, including behaviors, motivations, and content preferences
  • Tailor messaging and content strategies appropriately across channels and audience segments
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience signals to inform strategy
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and visual standards

10. Cross-Functional & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist with campaign execution, product-related initiatives, day-to-day marketing tasks and ad hoc marketing needs
  • Maintain strong organization, prioritization, and communication in a fast-paced environment

11. Growth into Paid Media

  • Develop foundational knowledge of paid media (SEM, paid social, digital acquisition)
  • Participate in performance reviews and strategy discussions
  • Progress toward partial ownership of paid media over time

  • Measurable growth in email performance (revenue, engagement, lifecycle effectiveness)
  • Year-over-year improvement in organic traffic, rankings, and SEO-driven revenue

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles
  • Proven experience independently managing marketing initiatives and driving measurable performance improvements
  • Proven experience managing performance-driven marketing channels such as email and SEO
  • Strong writing and communication skills across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Experience supporting content development and social media execution
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, SEMRush, email platforms)
  • Experience creating content across social media, blog, email, and/or digital marketing channels
  • Portfolio or examples of relevant content work (social posts, graphics, video, writing, campaigns, etc.) preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement best practices
  • Basic design/content creation capabilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
