Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, design, development, and delivery of internal solutions to automate the partners management funnel and eliminate manual workflows
- Identify high-impact problems within the partnerships channel and craft solutions that maximize value while minimizing operational costs
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Ops, Business teams, and Senior Management to drive value generation and move the needle through innovation
- Lead the development of an essential and ambitious internal solution that can change the way we work with third parties: a partner relationship management solution
- Take full ownership of the partnership channel roadmap, working autonomously with a wide range of stakeholders: sales, marketers, PMs, country managers, senior leadership
- Craft POC solutions, manipulate data, create AI agents, work side by side with sales and channel managers, fix broken windows

About your future manager
Your manager will be Alexandre, Head of Growth Operations, with 4+ years of deep expertise at Qonto, having grown from Lead Growth Operations to heading a team of 20 people. He has a background as a Data Product Manager at sennder and co-founded a legal tech startup. Alexandre focuses on the intersection of growth, data, and technology, leveraging technology and GenAI to scale marketing efforts.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in growth-focused roles with technical acumen
- Comfortable understanding how systems work and getting hands dirty
- Product Manager mindset: customer-focused, data-driven, humble, passionate about scalable solutions
- Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify high-impact problems and design balanced solutions
- Proactive initiative and curiosity
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
