Strong signals exist across the funnel, and the next step is turning those signals into something repeatable, scalable, and measurable. The role will own an end‑to‑end growth system that reliably turns attention → usage → revenue → expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Mutiny’s growth system as a product surface, from the first user experience to value delivery, conversion, and expansion.
  • Identify where the system breaks and ship changes to fix it.
  • Work closely with engineering to launch experiments quickly (onboarding flows, product defaults, lifecycle loops, pricing, etc.).
  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable systems rather than one‑off wins.
  • Continuously improve the product, leaving it better than you found it.

Compensation

We offer a competitive package including base salary, equity, and full benefits. Estimated salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, depending on experience.
