(Senior) Product Growth Manager

About

We're hiring a (Senior) Product Growth Manager for one of our clients in Berlin.

They're a ~100-person fintech helping international students and young professionals manage their finances when relocating to Germany - and they're on a serious growth trajectory.

This is a 0-to-1 role. You'll work directly with the CTPO to design and run growth initiatives, own experimentation end-to-end (yes, lots of A/B testing), and build AI-powered prototypes to move faster than a traditional product cycle would allow.

You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing - working with a small eng team, a product designer, and a marketing team that you'll collaborate with closely.

What they're looking for:

• A genuine growth or marketing background - you've lived in the funnel, you know what moves the needle
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and gets excited by greenfield problems, not someone who needs a polished roadmap to get started
• Hands-on with AI tools and actively curious about what's next - not just aware of it, but already using it
• Entrepreneurial energy: comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks

Big plus if you've worked on pre-PMF products or in environments where you had to figure things out before the playbook existed.

Berlin office (remote-friendly within Germany but unable to sponsor visas)
