About Scala

Scala is a platform that helps business owners find the right solutions to their biggest challenges.

Instead of searching endlessly or relying on guesswork, businesses simply describe their problem — and Scala connects them with the right providers (funding, logistics, equipment, services, etc).

We are building the infrastructure that powers how businesses find solutions and how providers get real customers.

We’ve already validated the idea with real users and successful matches — now we’re focused on growth.

What You’ll Do

This is not a “post and chill” role. You’ll be directly involved in growing a startup from the ground up.

Your responsibilities:

• Post content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram)
• Engage with business owners in comments, DMs, and communities
• Reach out to service providers (agencies, vendors, etc.) and onboard them
• Share Scala in WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, and online communities
• Test different content ideas and growth strategies
• Track performance (signups, responses, conversions)
• Suggest creative ways to attract users and providers

What We’re Looking For

We care more about mindset and execution than experience.

You should:

• Be proactive and able to take initiative
• Be comfortable reaching out to people (DMs, messages, comments)
• Have basic understanding of social media platforms
• Communicate clearly in writing
• Be curious and willing to experiment
• Be consistent and reliable

Bonus (not required):

• Experience growing a page or community
• Basic design skills (Canva, etc.)
• Interest in startups, business, or tech

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You just want to “manage social media”
• You’re not comfortable talking to people or doing outreach
• You need constant supervision to get tasks done
