Responsibilities
- Define and build user journeys for self-serve customers, focusing on onboarding, activation, and product expansion
- Develop and execute messaging and content strategies for various lifecycle touchpoints to drive user education and product adoption
- Manage end-to-end execution of growth marketing programs, including writing briefs, developing copy frameworks, and coordinating with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform environments, particularly with self-serve or product-led growth
- Demonstrated experience in developing lifecycle or growth marketing programs with measurable results
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio of customer-facing content or campaigns
- Track record of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
