We are actively recruiting a Growth & Retention Manager to join an international platform dedicated to the development of French-speaking entrepreneurs through networking and coaching.

Based in the Parisian region, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients via email and retaining existing clients (alumni).

You will join an international, committed, and ambitious team that supports entrepreneurs in their personal and professional development and helps them accelerate their success.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage email campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Produce high-value weekly newsletters for the community.
  • Segment the contact list and optimize email deliverability.
  • Map and segment the alumni database in the CRM.
  • Design adapted nurturing sequences for alumni and develop exclusive offers.
  • Identify business opportunities and help the team develop complementary sales (upsell).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, growth marketing, or customer success in the coaching or professional training sector.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B entrepreneurship challenges.
  • Mastery of segmentation, as well as acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing CRM data: open rates, click-through rates, LTV, conversions.
  • Excellent writing skills in French, with native-level proficiency.
  • Proficiency in an ESP (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, or equivalent).
  • Autonomous, dynamic, stress-resistant, strategic, and ambitious.
