Your WOW Moments:

• You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of 12 specialists in Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Analytics, creating a shared vision for a unified, data-driven future at Kärcher.
• You will be responsible for the further development and stabilization of our central data platforms (Data Lake, Business Warehouse), thus ensuring a reliable, scalable data basis.
• You will harmonize global reporting and ensure that employees worldwide can access consistent, standardized reports via modern tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• As a central interface to internal stakeholders, you will understand their requirements, advise them, and empower them to make data-based decisions.
• You will foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation so that data at Kärcher is not just collected but used to create real WOW moments.

It would be WOW if you bring this:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science (business or technical), data science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the development and management of data platforms, business intelligence, or analytics teams.
• In-depth expertise in reporting, data engineering, data architecture, data lakes, and cloud technologies, as well as confident use of modern analysis and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Clear, structured communication, also in an international context, and the ability to lead your team of junior and senior employees in a targeted, individual, and development-oriented manner.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to strengthen the feedback culture and ensure that responsibility is taken, blockages are resolved, and results are reliably achieved.
