Key Responsibilities
- Execute enablement programs aligned with GTM strategies
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing for launches
- Design training curricula and supporting resources
- Promote MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies
- Measure program effectiveness and gather feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in enablement or GTM roles
- At least 2 years in a revenue-generating sales position
- Experience with structured training program delivery
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
