What you’ll do here at Sharpist
As a GTM Engineer - AI Automation, you will play a pivotal role in building, automating, and optimizing Sharpist’s AI‑Product Go‑to‑Market processes and workflows. This position sits at the intersection of data, automation, and product enablement — ensuring that our AI‑driven GTM infrastructure runs efficiently, scales fast, and provides actionable insights to all internal teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing,and Product to empower our eams through robust automation, analytics, and system integration.
Within 1 month, you will…
- Deeply understand Sharpist’s mission, ecosystem, and AI Coach capabilities
- Map existing GTM data flows and automation architecture
- Set up key integrations between CRM, product, and analytics tools
- Document processes and data dependencies across GTM systems
Within 1 quarter, you will…
- Build and maintain AI‑powered automations to scale GTM operations (e.g., automated data syncs, lead scoring, or marketing triggers)
- Create dashboards and analytics pipelines to track critical GTM KPIs
- Develop scripts and tools that increase operational speed and visibility
- Support internal teams with reliable, automated workflows
Within 1 year, you will…
- Own Sharpist’s GTM automation roadmap, from workflow orchestration to AI‑driven insights
- Ensure data reliability and consistency across multiple SaaS systems (CRM, marketing, product analytics)
- Build scalable frameworks for experimentation, attribution, and performance tracking
- Contribute technical expertise to how Sharpist brings innovations like the AI Coach to market faster and smarter
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with AI automation, scripting, or integration tools (e.g., LangChain, n8n, Python, APIs, Zapier, Langdock, Hugging Face, or similar)
- Familiarity with Go‑to‑Market processes, especially from a data and systems perspective
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics and KPIs
- Hands‑on experience integrating systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, or Looker
