About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Impacteers, your role is crucial in leading B2C go-to-market initiatives, enhancing user engagement, and shaping the brand narrative to establish Impacteers as the top destination for career transformation and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2C go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, and services tailored to individual users. - Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for diverse consumer segments including students, job seekers, and early-stage professionals. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to inform product and marketing strategy. - Collaborate with product, UX, and community teams to ensure high feature adoption and user satisfaction. - Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, webinars) to drive consumer engagement and conversions. - Create and maintain product marketing assets such as landing pages, case studies, demo decks, and explainer videos. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators including activation rate, feature usage, conversion, and retention.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS targeting B2C audiences. - Deep understanding of consumer personas, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing. - Proficiency with growth and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics. - Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy capabilities. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for career development, education, and creating social impact.
