Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and modernization projects
  • Manage onshore/offshore teams
  • Drive architecture, integration, and transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery
  • Handle Guidewire integrations, configurations, rules, and data models
  • Support DevOps, branching strategies, code reviews, and deployment processes
