Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of leases and square footage
• Process monthly rental billings to tenants
• Handle miscellaneous billing and rental adjustments
• Prepare statements for outstanding receivables
• Generate monthly revenue variance reports

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• College degree in accounting program required
• Actively pursuing CPA accreditation is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
