Requirements

  • Matric, and relevant qualification highly advantageous
  • 4-6 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role
  • Fluent and professional communication in English and Afrikaans
  • Own transport essential
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Must be able to work independently and responsibly
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proactive mindset, fast paced and problem-solving ability
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion

Duties

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Interacting with clients on matters pending for the Director
  • Assisting the Director with correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Engagements with funding, phoning and following up on finance received
  • Following up all projects and ensuring timelines are met
  • Travel arrangements
  • Organising documents, payments, and operational requirements
  • Providing regular updates and reports
  • Acting as a key point of coordination between teams

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
