About Us
We are the internal IT service provider for the ARD, meaning all ARD broadcasting institutions, Deutschlandradio, and DW, under the leadership of the rbb. We provide central IT services at locations within the regional broadcasting institutions and at Deutschlandradio.
Location
Potsdam or Cologne is preferred as a work location. Nationwide deployment at one of our IVZ locations or at one of the regional broadcasting institutions is also possible; corresponding willingness to travel is required.

STRATEGIC STRAND MANAGER DIGITAL RENEWAL / AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
IMMEDIATELY, LIMITED TO 3 YEARS
FOR THE INFORMATION PROCESSING CENTER (IVZ)
The digital renewal of the ARD creates an integration architecture with a focus on interoperability. Five strategic strands bundle the strategic priorities and coordinate their implementation within the ARD-wide network.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Steering: Derivation and binding steering of the strand strategy from the ARD strategy and overall architecture, including target specifications for the assigned modules.
- Goal & OKR Responsibility: Binding OKR-based alignment of the modules, as well as demanding and evaluating goal achievement.
- Reporting & Coordination: Monitoring of results, stakeholder reporting, and central steering and contact function for the strand.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience in IT program or project management in complex or scaled agile environments, as well as:
- In-depth knowledge of agile methods and OKRs, and experience in goal-oriented steering of interdisciplinary teams.
- Technical basic understanding of media and data architectures; experience in the ARD environment is desirable.
- Confident use of MS Office and project and collaboration tools; knowledge of Confluence and SharePoint is an advantage.
