As a Senior Principal Software Architect (AI), you will drive the design and implementation of innovative AI architectures at OpenText. Collaborate with developers and architects, guide teams through modern RAG systems, and help implement best practices. Your role includes hands-on prototyping, validating approaches, and improving existing solutions across the AI lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review modern RAG pipelines and agentic systems
• Create prototypes and starter templates for development teams
• Advise on best practices in prompt engineering and evaluation
• Identify architectural gaps and improve existing AI solutions
• Translate AI patterns into production-ready designs

Requirements:

• 12+ years in software engineering, architect-level experience preferred
• Proven experience in enterprise AI solution development
• Understanding of end-to-end AI lifecycle
• Ability to guide teams through architecture decisions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
