Chartwell is seeking a hands-on Developer Application to drive the creation of resident engagement prototypes utilizing AI-assisted development tools. Focus on rapid iterative processes.

Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Technology Enablement, you will spend roughly 90% of your time on prototype development, enhancing existing platforms, and ensuring alignment with user feedback. This role emphasizes strong hands-on development skills and a keen ability to translate ideas into functional applications using modern tools like Copilot and Replit.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate a resident engagement application prototype
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools for innovative solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of application features
• Support minor enhancements and troubleshooting of existing platforms

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
