Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Maintenance and Engineering teams
• Prepare and validate project documentation for effective execution
• Oversee engineering activities and site contractor management
• Ensure timely delivery of capital projects within budget
• Maintain collaboration with various departments for project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with PLCs and Lean manufacturing practices
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is advantageous
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
