This role requires a proficient QA Team Lead who can manage complex testing efforts for the VNA product. You’ll engage directly with engineering and support teams to foster a culture of quality. As you coach QA engineers, expect to enhance test coverage and refine automation processes over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee functional, integration, and regression testing efforts
• Support and mentor QA engineers on technical issues
• Develop effective test strategies across application and database layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance
• Conduct defect triage and release readiness evaluations

Requirements

• Proven experience leading QA for complex systems
• Strong skills in manual and automated testing
• Hands-on SQL Server data validation knowledge
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira
• Experience with cloud object storage validation
