Responsibilities
- Source candidates for blue-collar roles effectively
- Post job ads on MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, and social platforms
- Screen and interview candidates via various channels
- Manage pipelines to meet fast client turnarounds
- Maintain accurate records of candidates in Excel
Requirements
- CEI Certified (Basic / KAH)
- At least 2 years recruitment experience
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Resourceful and execution-driven
