Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance
• DFM (Design for Manufacture) experience
• PCB layout experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in hardware development
• Experience with PCB design and high-speed digital circuits
• Experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, hardware validation, and debugging
• Experience with manufacturing processes and DFM principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AMD/Intel FPGA SoC platforms
• Expertise in signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis
• Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Allegro, Altium, or similar
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
• Experience working with industry standards such as:
  • PCIe
  • DDR
  • SERDES
  • Other high-speed digital interfaces
