About the role

About

You start your day with a cup of coffee and a look at your latest design. Yesterday you were working on a control cabinet for a new production line, today you dive into the details of a cable overview that will soon be installed somewhere in the world. In EPLAN, you build a design step by step that not only makes sense on paper but also functions flawlessly in practice.

You communicate with colleagues from software and mechanical engineering, discuss choices, and prevent small deviations from becoming big problems. And if something does deviate? You solve it. You take responsibility for your part of the project, from the initial design to the moment everything is running as intended.

Occasionally, a project requires that extra bit of involvement. A quick chat with a colleague, gathering extra information, or thinking along on-site. For you, that's part of the job, because you know: this is where technology comes to life.

"The best part is that you don't just draw here, but you really see what your work does in a complete installation."
