Compensation: $150,000‑$180,000 (Flexible) – $150,000‑$170,000 per year
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers, setting technical direction and performance expectations.
- Oversee execution of embedded hardware development programs, ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and leadership teams to drive integrated product delivery.
- Manage resource planning, workload balancing, and technical problem resolution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering tools, workflows, and development processes to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of hardware engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in embedded hardware design, testing, and product development lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex engineering challenges while maintaining accountability and performance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, mentor, and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
