Hardware Engineering Manager - F/H

Overview

In this role, you will lead systems engineering for complex equipment integrating hardware and software. You will collaborate with testing teams and project managers to ensure the quality, costs, and deadlines of developments. You will work on RF and microwave electronic sub-assemblies intended for test benches in the Missile sector. You will evolve in an international and dynamic environment, uniting teams around technical and operational objectives. Compensation / Benefits

• Contribute to the writing of technical specifications for sub-assemblies and participate in their development
• Monitor and manage business activity in collaboration with the SEM responsible for the project
• Implement and manage the necessary subcontracting for the smooth running of projects
• Participate in the integration and verification of sub-assemblies delivered by subcontractors
• Ensure that objectives (costs, deadlines, performance) are met for your developments while ensuring their quality
• Report the precise progress of the activities managed to your functional and hierarchical managers

Responsibilities

• Significant experience in systems engineering management for complex equipment integrating hardware and software
• Technical expertise in electronics with a focus on RF and microwave, writing specifications, and measuring RF/microwave signals
• Mastery of systems engineering methodologies and processes (requirements management, technical facts, configuration)
• Mastery of POLARION, JIRA, and MS Project tools
• Fluent professional English
• Transverse leadership, rigor, and synthesis skills, ability to unite technical teams around common objectives
