Hardware Product Manager

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field; MBA a plus
• 5+ years of technical experience in retail EAS and/or RFID
• Strong industry knowledge of hardware products and market trends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
• Experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and market analysis

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience in product management for hardware solutions in a leadership role
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality assurance, and patent supervision
• Experience with cost reduction initiatives and factory liaison activities
• Familiarity with R&D processes and business case development
• Ability to support technical documentation, customer support, and marketing strategies

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline; an MBA is advantageous
• Over 5 years of relevant technical and product management experience, preferably in retail EAS and RFID technologies
