Electronics Hardware Test Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute hardware testing and validation across analog and digital systems
• Perform EMC testing and support compliance requirements
• Develop and run test procedures, and document detailed results
• Investigate production failures and customer returns
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to test plans and product qualification strategies
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in electronics hardware testing or validation
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong foundation in:
  • Power electronics and energy systems
  • Analog and digital electronics
  • Signal processing and system-level understanding
  • Product verification and quality principles
• Experience with debugging and problem-solving in hardware environments
• Familiarity with compliance standards and testing practices

• Python (test automation / data analysis)
• C / C++
• LabVIEW
• Microsoft Excel
