Your Role: Design & Delivery

Are you ready to lead HCM transformation projects?

You have solid experience with HCM systems and want to take charge of solution design while staying close to delivery? Huron Consulting Group offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing team and contribute to high-impact HR transformation programs.

• Solution Design: Contribute to the design of HCM solutions across the Hire-to-Retire process and manage cross-domain dependencies.
• Technological Expertise: Work with major HCM platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors) to configure and implement solutions aligned with best practices.
• Client Interaction: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders (HR teams), gather requirements, and contribute to defining target processes.
• Project Delivery: Participate in the end-to-end implementation of HCM projects (design, build, test, deploy).
• Integration: Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with other systems (ERP, payroll, etc.).
• Team Contribution: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Profile Sought

• Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in HCM implementation or HR transformation.
• Technical Expertise: Operational experience with at least one major HCM platform (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting firm (Big4 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Functional Skills: Good understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation, etc.).
• Mindset: Strong delivery orientation with the ability to evolve towards more senior responsibilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in French and English required.
