About the role

Role Overview

As Head of Digital, you will sit at the intersection of brand, business development, and technology, leading a team and building a high-impact digital ecosystem that attracts, engages, and converts B2B clients across manufacturing, investment advisory, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute a full digital strategy (content, social, SEO, email, paid media) aligned with revenue goals
  • Define OKRs, budgets, and performance targets
  • Align digital efforts with Business Development to drive lead generation.

Brand Authority & Content:

  • Position the company as a thought leader across LinkedIn, YouTube, and web platforms
  • Oversee content strategy (articles, case studies, videos, insights)
  • Drive SEO strategy to increase visibility and organic traffic.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Build and optimize B2B marketing funnels (awareness → conversion)
  • Manage CRM-integrated lead pipelines and email marketing campaigns
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
  • Improve website performance and conversion rates

Team Leadership & Operations:

  • Lead and manage a team (Social Media, Content, Growth, Video)
  • Establish content systems, workflows, and performance standards
  • Manage resources, timelines, and output quality.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI)
  • Build dashboards and provide data-driven insights to leadership
  • Continuously optimize performance based on analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 8–10years’ experience in digital marketing with 5–6years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and content-driven marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Google Analytics, and paid ads
  • Experience managing and developing digital teams.

Salary
