Tasks

• Contact person for authorities, offices, internal and external clientele
• Management of interdisciplinary and cross-departmental project teams
• Coordination of planners/partners
• Responsibility for development, planning, execution, quality, deadlines, and cost control according to internal processes
• Support in development and analysis processes of existing buildings
• Assistance in the evaluation of acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or civil engineering, supplemented by further training in business administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a client representative and/or project manager for large-scale construction projects
• Sound knowledge of the real estate and construction industry as well as an up-to-date network
• Solid knowledge of SAP and Messerli
• German spoken and written, Italian is welcome
