What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the entire APAC Customer Success organisation with a calm, steady hand
  • Guiding enterprise clients through onboarding, adoption, and long-term strategic partnership
  • Building a culture focused on trust, transparency, and thoughtful problem-solving
  • Translating client feedback into clear actions for product, engineering, and leadership
  • Developing playbooks, success frameworks, and growth strategies tailored to the region
  • Coaching and mentoring CS managers and specialists, helping them build fulfilling careers
  • Representing the voice of APAC customers at the global leadership table
