Head of Customer Success – AI
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our AI-focused Customer Success team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion within our AI product suite. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, develop and execute customer success strategies, and ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer success strategies for our AI products.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for customer expansion and upsell.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Success team.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Customer Success leadership role, preferably within the AI or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing customer success teams.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
