We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our AI-focused Customer Success team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion within our AI product suite. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, develop and execute customer success strategies, and ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer success strategies for our AI products.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for customer expansion and upsell.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Success team.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success leadership role, preferably within the AI or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing customer success teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
