Your Mission

Du übernimmst ein kleines, ambitioniertes CS-Team (1–3 CSMs) und baust daraus eine skalierbare Erfolgsmaschine — mit klaren Prozessen, datengetriebenen Health Scores und einem Playbook, das tatsächlich funktioniert.

What you bring

• 5–8 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success, davon mind. 2 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle
• Nachweisliche Track Record: Churn-Reduktion und NRR-Wachstum mit messbaren Zahlen
• Erfahrung mit B2B SaaS — idealerweise im Mittelstand oder HR-Tech-Umfeld
• Stärke in der Entwicklung von CS-Strukturen: Onboarding, QBRs, Escalation-Prozesse
• Datengetriebene Arbeitsweise — du weißt, welche Metriken wirklich zählen
• Kommunikationsstärke auf C-Level bei Kunden
