- Craft and implement a forward-thinking strategy for our data engineering initiatives. - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of data engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time. - Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate data solutions into our business. • *Data Infrastructure & Analytics**:

- Oversee the migration of our data infrastructure to the cloud, enhancing performance and reliability. - Design and maintain our data warehouse, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency. - Optimize ETL processes and solutions for real-time analytics. - Manage all reporting deliverables with precision. • *Cloud Architecture Expertise**:

- Administer our Azure data ecosystem, championing best practices. - Utilize Azure Synapse for cutting-edge analytics and data exploration. - Propel the implementation of self-service data provisioning across the organization. • *Data Governance & Compliance**:

- Safeguard data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. - Cultivate a culture that emphasizes data quality. • *Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs. - Translate complex data concepts into clear, engaging communication for non-technical stakeholders. • *What We Need from You**:

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - ** 3 to 5 years experience** managing a **data team,** including data engineers, analysts, and BI specialists. - Extensive experience in BI reporting and data engineering. - ** 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience** with database technologies, including RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos, Redis). - Proficiency with search platforms like Elasticsearch or ELK, and experience with SQL, Python, and R. - Specialized knowledge in cloud systems, especially data services, with strong experience in data analytics, ETL processes, and data warehousing. - Expertise in Azure Synapse and cloud-centric data strategies. - Experience in a call center environment is a bonus. - Familiarity with other cloud platforms and big data tools is a plus. - Certifications in Azure or related technologies are advantageous. • *Ready to Make a Difference?
