Your Role

Du verantwortest die gesamte digitale Marketingstrategie und skalierst unsere Online-Vertriebsperformance. Fokus: Leads, Conversion, Umsatz – keine Spielereien.

Strategy & Leadership

  • Development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy
  • Building, leading, and further developing the marketing team
  • Managing external agencies and partners
  • Budget responsibility, including ROI control

Performance Marketing

  • Scaling of paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Conversion optimization along the entire funnel
  • Management of lead generation (B2C & B2B)
  • Testing (A/B, creatives, landing pages – everything is questioned)

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Responsibility for HubSpot (or comparable systems)
  • Building automated lead funnels (email, retargeting, nurturing)
  • Close collaboration with Sales (leads → closures)

Content & SEO

  • Management of content strategies (landing pages, blog, ads)
  • SEO optimization (on-page, technical aspects, keyword strategy)
  • Ensuring consistent brand communication

Tracking & Analytics

  • Building clean tracking structures (GA4, Pixel, Server-Side Tracking)
  • Analysis of KPIs (CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, ROAS)
  • Deriving concrete measures from data

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Ideally, experience in photovoltaics, electrical engineering, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Technical understanding and interest in renewable energies
  • Structured and self-directed way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
  • Experience with grant applications or quotation preparation is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Must-Haves

  • Several years of experience in digital performance marketing
  • Demonstrable success in lead generation & scaling
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on mentality (you don't just think, you do)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in e-commerce or in the renewable energy sector
  • Knowledge of WordPress / Tracking / CRO
  • Leadership experience

Salary

Annual gross salary: from €70,000,- for full-time – All-in contract, overpayment depending on qualifications possible.
