H4H Naturals is an established European e-commerce brand with 10+ years of Amazon experience, primarily in Germany — our strongest and most successful market. We specialize in natural skincare and wellness products and operate across Amazon, Shopify, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris, and other online channels. Our products are already successfully selling across Europe, and we are now entering the next stage of expansion. Unlike many brands just starting on Amazon, we already have deep marketplace knowledge, established systems, proven products, and years of real operational experience. We are now looking for the right person to help scale the company further across Europe.
Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Head of E-commerce & Growth – Amazon & Shopify .
Your primary focus will be expanding and optimizing our Amazon EU business, especially in Italy, Spain, France, and other growing marketplaces. You will also help support broader e-commerce growth initiatives across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shop Apotheke, DocMorris, and additional channels.
This role combines:
- Amazon marketplace management
- Growth strategy
- Operational execution
- PPC oversight
- Listing optimization
- Agency/freelancer coordination
- Profitability management
- Expansion into new channels and markets
We are looking for someone who can think strategically but also execute independently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years hands-on Amazon experience
- Experience managing established Amazon brands
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, listing optimization & marketplace expansion
- Experience with Amazon EU marketplaces preferred
- Shopify / DTC experience is a plus
- TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and operational mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent English communication skills
- Candidates should be comfortable working within European business hours
Compensation
- Base salary: €1,500–€2,000/month
- Additional performance-based bonuses tied to growth and profitability
